Redeem my gift card

You've had the luck to be offered a gift card but you aren't sure about how to redeem it? Let us tell you how to do it in 3 easy steps. You'll also be able to check your gift card credit to make sure you can book the experience you want.

Hotelbreak's gift cards give you access to more than 500 experiences all over Spain.

Steps to redeem your gift card

1. Select the experience

Select the hotel that you like most on, select the experience (spa, brunch, day pass ...), the day you want to enjoy it and the number of people that will attend.

2. Book the experience

Fill all the information and in the field 'Do you have a coupon or gift card?' enter your gift card code that starts with 'REGA-'. Don't forget to click on 'Apply' and to finalize the booking.

3. Enjoy the experience

Once confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a new booking code. You'll only need to carry this new one when arriving at the hotel's reception. Now you can start getting ready to enjoy your daycation :)

View the gift card's credit

Write the gift card's code to check it's remaining credit.

The code can be found voucher of the physical gift card. It starts with 'REGA-'

Frequently Asked Questions

The gift card only can be redeemed on and is NOT a booking confirmation until it has been redeemed online. To redeem the gift card and book an experience you'll need to:

  1. Access
  2. Select the hotel, the experience, the date and the number of people attending
  3. When accessing the payment data page, you'll find the 'Do you have a coupon or gift card?' field where you'll need to enter your gift card code.
  4. Once the code as been applied and the booking finalized, you'll received a booking confirmation email
Never go directly to the hotel with the gift card as it won't be accepted as a booking confirmation and they won't let you in.

The gift cards give access to all the experiences in all the hotels available on the website.

If the recipient wants to book something more expensive than the gift card's amount, he/she will just have to pay the difference.

If the booked experience is less expensive than the gift card's amount, then the difference will still be available for future bookings.

The gift card will be valid during a year starting the day of its purchase. The expiration date will appear on the voucher.

Yes but only during the 14 days following the date of the purchase if it has not been parcially of fully redeemed.

No, actually only the code that will appear on the voucher is needed to redeem it into an unforgettable experience.

All gift cards bought before 11 a.m. during working days are sent the same day. Delivery takes approx. 3 to 5 days for Balearic Islands and Spanish Mainland. It can take more time to send it to the Canary Islands or outside of Spain.
