Remember that all guest enjoying a day experience at HSM President must bring an id or passport to register at check-in.

To access the spa, bathing caps and sandals are mandatory and are included in all experiencies offered on hotelbreak (a deposit will be asked at the hotel) and only those older than 16 can enjoy the spa amenities.
You can cancel or modify at no cost until 1 day before the experience. In case of no-show the credit card you used to book the experience will be charged with the remaining amount.
