The Ivory hotel is located on the Alcúdia beach, in the north of Mallorca.

It is ideal to enjoy as a family or as a couple, in a cozy atmosphere open to clients of all nationalities. In spring, the IVOesport facilities are offered for sports activities, such as cycling, tennis or golf, and for wellness tourism. The hotel has 4 pools: the large outdoor pool with a separate children's pool and a heated outdoor pool measuring 25m by 5m. Enjoy the Spa facilities with sauna, Turkish bath and indoor recreational pool.

What you need to know

Remember that each of the people who are going to enjoy an experience at Hotel Ivory Playa Sports & Spa must carry their ID or passport to identify themselves and/or register at the entrance to the hotel.

Access to the Spa is for people over 16 years of age. Children from 3 to 15 years old can access the Spa, accompanied by their parents and at the time defined for it (time to consult depending on the day)

In the spa it is mandatory to wear a swimsuit, slippers and a hat.

The hotel offers towels for the pool area at a cost of €3/day (and an additional €10 deposit to be returned at the end of the day)

The hotel offers a cap for the pool area at a low cost of €2/day

What if you change your mind?

Cancellation will be free up to 1 day before the service, in case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the amount will be charged to the credit card you used to confirm the reservation. The reservation can be modified up to 1 day before the service.
